Trade terms
PAYMENT
Wool Collective accepts payment with Visa, Maestro, PayPal and MobilePay. All payments are encrypted and sent via a secure connection (SSL) to protect your data.
The payment will be deducted from your account when the physical item is shipped or your electronic product is delivered.
All amounts on the website include VAT.
Pre-ordering
When pre-ordering products that are manufactured for you after your order (e.g. yarn from the Knitting Revolution or a KAL package), your payment is deducted immediately after you place the order. This will always be stated on the site you order from, along with an expected date of dispatch.
Note: If you buy other items together with your pre-ordered item, the entire package will be sent at the same time on the specified date.
DELIVERY
Digital products are delivered immediately upon purchase to the specified email address (always make sure to provide the correct e-mail address).
Physical products are shipped within 1-2 business days, and the shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of the package.
Physical products are delivered in Denmark with Dao. International deliveries are carried out by PostNord and GLS primarily.
Please note that customs and taxes may be charged when you order internationally. These charges are not included in the delivery cost, and you will have to pay any additional charges to the respective authorities.
RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURN
As a private customer, you have a 30-day full right of return on physical products purchased at www.woolcollective.com. The 30 days start when the order is delivered.
If you wish to return an order, you must inform us of this via e-mail to info@woolcollective.com before your cancellation period expires.
The order must be returned no later than 14 days after we have been informed of your use of the right of cancellation. You will cover the return costs for the package yourself.
All orders must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered - you are responsible for any deterioration in the value of the order due to harmful or otherwise depreciating handling on your part.
Payment for your order will be refunded once we receive the returned shipment.
UNCLAIMED PARCELS
Unclaimed parcels and parcels where receipt has been denied, are not considered a valid use of the right of cancellation. For unclaimed parcels and parcels where receipt has been denied, the cost of return is deducted from the amount refunded.
Courses and events
When purchasing a ticket for a course or event at Wool Collective, you can cancel your purchase up to 5 working days before the start of the event, but after that the amount will not be refunded in whole or in part in the event of no-show or cancellation. In the event of cancellation by Wool Collective, either a new date or a refund of the amount for the lost event is offered.
In certain cases, the cancellation period is shorter than 5 working days. This will be indicated on the given course/event.
Note : Digital products cannot be returned. When you purchase a digital product from Wool Collective (e.g. a digital pattern or online course) you forfeit the right to return the item.
RIGHT OF COMPLAINT
In accordance with the Danish Sales Act, a 2-year warranty is granted on all physical products purchased at www.woolcollective.com.
Complaints must be notified to Wool Collective via e-mail to info@ woolcollective .com within a reasonable time after receiving the order, and must be documented with a description and, upon request, photos of the order's defect(s).
The right to complaint expires if the product is handled in a harmful manner on your part.
PRIVACY POLICY
To shop at www. woolcollective .com, you must provide the following:

- Address
- Telephone number
- Email address
This personal data is registered and stored at Wool Collective in order to be able to handle and deliver your purchase. The information will not be re-sold, and will not be used for anything other than what you have consented to.
At any time, you have the right to access the information we have registered about you in our customer register. Requests for insight and questions regarding this can be directed to e-mail info@ woolcollective .com. Objections to the stored information can also be sent via e-mail.
When you visit www.woolcollective.com, statistical information is gathered to provide insight into the number of visitors, their overall movement on the website and which country they are in. The information is used solely for the purpose of improving the website and is never re-sold.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Patterns from Wool Collective are for private use only - they may not be copied, shared, re-sold or in any other way distributed. Commercial sales of products made according to Wool Collective recipes is also not permitted.
