Dark Sky Shawl from Mette Hvitved
Beautiful scarf in woven knit. The stocking stitch does not contain purl stitches but only knit stitches and "loosened off" stitches. It is therefore quite fun to knit. You knit with 2 colors but never at the same time, even if the pattern makes it look like it. The scarf has a nice front but also a beautiful back so you can style the scarf without hiding the back.

You can easily adjust the size of the shawl/scarf by making it shorter or longer as desired.

Yarn
100 g stocking yarn with knitting strength 28/10. Here in the pictures I have used 100 g of Arwetta in the color Marzipan.

50 g stocking yarn with knitting strength 28/10 in a contrasting color - e.g. hand-dyed yarn. I have used Dark Sky from Sokkegarn in the pictures. Here you can also use a lot of different scraps, it will be super nice and give a nice play in the scarf

Guiding sticks
Circular needle 4 mm 40-60 cm

Normally a 3 mm needle is recommended for this type of yarn, but in order to keep the woven knit from being too firm, I recommend a 4 mm needle
