Monile Slipover from Lile Knitwear Design
The Monile Slipover is a chunky but light slipover with a fine twist detail along the neck.
The vest is knitted from top to bottom. First the neck rib is knitted, then the twist is knitted around the neck.
A double crochet is worked to compensate for the rounding after the twisting on both the front and back pieces. Then knit back and forth in stockinette stitch, while increasing for armhole. The work is gathered and knitted around the body.
Finally, the work is divided into front and back pieces, and ribbed edges are knitted to finish.
