Collars are both adorable as a decoration over a dress or blouse, but also work really well for babies instead of bibs. Olivia's Collar is a beautiful case with a hole pattern and frill. it only takes a few evenings to knit and is a perfect leftover yarn project.
The collar is especially nice over the Bohemian Spring Dress .

Stick 2.5 mm and 3 mm

1 (1) 1 piece, or possibly a decorative ribbon is sewn on instead
