It must be taken into account that there is room for movement of 7-10 cm in relation to your height. (The measurements are included in the measurements of the overhang. I recommend that you do a knitting test. Knit so that you can measure 10 x 10 cm in stockinette stitch with guiding needles and yarn type, wash the sample as you would wash the finished sweater. Then measure the knitting strength when the sample is dry. Count how many stitches there are on 10 cm x 10 cm. It corresponds to how many stitches x needles there are. A stitch or two too much or too little per 10 cm. can give a completely different size.
