VesterbyCrea No. 16 from VesterbyCrea
VesterbyCrea No. 16 is a short fitted sweater knitted with a smock pattern and with a V-neck.
The model is knitted from top to bottom. At the beginning, the upper part of the back is knitted. Each shoulder is then knitted by picking up stitches along the cast-on edge of the back, where an edge is knitted with transverse double crochet. From here, stitches are picked up again for each front piece which is knitted with increases to form the V-neck.
Front and back pieces are joined under the armhole and the body is knitted in the round with the smock pattern.
The body is finished with a short double-knit edge and Italian closure.
Sleeve edges are gathered along the arm openings and knitted in the round with the smock pattern and also finished with a short double-knit edge and Italian closing.
The sweater is assembly-free.
